you can see many things using 2 eyes but using 3rd you can see only one thing.

Species are consciousness. THey are just like our thoughts. THere will be similarity between thoughts So there are similarity between species.Just like we have good thoughts like I am feeling good and I am happy. In this case one is not derived from the other. They are like each other but they are parent or child of one another.
THey will have strong similarities like brain cells are concerned or blood pressure is concerned.
But they are different and have source of origination
